IQC — Incoming Quality Control

Comprehensive inspection of raw materials and purchased parts on arrival to ensure input quality meets specification.

IPQC — In-Process Quality Control

Sampling at key process steps during production to detect anomalies and prevent defects from passing downstream.

Step 3

OQC — Outgoing Quality Control

Full pre-shipment inspection of finished goods — dimensions, appearance, function, safe-load, and packaging.
