Aerospace Precision Parts
High-precision machined components for aerospace applications.
Precision CNC machining to ±0.005mm, full material traceability, and a quality management foundation aligned toward AS9100 Rev D make Power Honour a viable supplier for aerospace non-safety-critical components, tooling, jigs, and development parts. We are not yet AS9100 certified, but we are building toward it — and we are transparent about where we are on that roadmap.

Why Taiwan / Why Power Honour
Tight tolerance capability
Routinely produce ±0.01–0.03mm on critical dimensions; ±0.005mm achievable on specific features with 5-axis machining and CMM verification.
Aerospace material experience
We machine titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), aluminium 7075-T6, 6061-T6, and stainless 316L as standard. Material certs and traceability to heat/lot are standard practice.
Fast prototyping
Taiwan's tooling and machining speed enables 2–4 week prototype lead times — valuable in aerospace programs where design iteration cycles are compressed.
Transparent roadmap
We are investing in AS9100 certification from our ISO 9001 base. Buyers who engage now can shape our capability development toward their requirements.
